 Michael Diemar – Director

An exploration geologist who spent his career working throughout Australia and South East Asia with his last 10 years as Managing Director and Chief Geologist of Kingsgate Consolidated Ltd (ASX:KCN). During this time he led a team that discovered the Chatree Mineral District in central Thailand, then defined, permitted, funded and developed the successful Chatree Gold Mine. Having built a significant gold production business, Mike resigned from KCN in 2003 one year after first production.

Graham Brown – Director

Co-founder of New South Resources, assisting in land and project acquisition, funding and business development. Also sole Director of Alamo Limestone, jointly responsible for the discovery and early permitting of the Stearns Ridge Limestone deposit near Murrurundi NSW which is now in operation. Founder of Kitchwin Hills Thoroughbred Stud Scone and a board member of the Scone Racing Club, one of Australia’s leading thoroughbred race clubs.

Chris Ryan – Director

B.Agr.Sci, Uni of Melbourne. 30+ years of experience in financial and investment markets including as Director of ABN AMRO Bank Australia and UBS, thereby bringing corporate and banking expertise to NSR. Senior management and board experience in ASX listed companies including Eastern Star Gas, private venture capital, aquaculture and horticulture.

Glen Diemar – Director

An Exploration Geologist with experience through Australia, Indonesia and Central Asia. Glen has worked in all areas of geology including exploration, production and development studies. He completed a Masters degree at the University of Tasmania on the genesis of BHP’s giant Olympic Dam deposit. Recently he lived in the Kyrgyz Republic, exploring for Kumtor-type Orogenic Gold deposits and was involved in a team who completed a 12-month pre-feasibility study on the 6.8M Oz Taldybulak Porphyry Cu-Au-Mo deposit. He is currently Managing Director of ASX listed Australian Gold and Copper Ltd.
